Paper Dance Sculptures:
My first seven Paper Dance Sculptures were created for an event choreographer/dancer jhon r. stronks did with the Big Range Dance Festival in June 2011 at Barnevelder Movement/Arts Complex. They were later used at another dance program, “Glitter, Guts and Glory” by jhon at Freneticore Theater.
After I had taken installation photos, I became fascinated by how the light played across the surfaces of these white paper sculptures. I began talking close-up photos. My Corporal Vista Series developed from these photos.
